If you want to mail your payment in, print out the fax form, fill in all the information and send either a cashiers check or money order for the total of the order including shipping and handling. SHIPPING POLICY
The Continental U.S.

At KidsPartyWorld.com, we strive to provide prompt service. Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday only, during regular business hours. We pack and ship our orders within 48 hours from the time that you order your supplies. For example, if you order on a Wednesday, your order will be packed up and ready to be picked up by our carrier on Friday afternoon. From then, it takes 3-7 business days to get to its destination, depending on where you live. See our MAP AND TABLES for exact information.

If there are items that are out of stock, you will be notified by email first (please make sure to always provide a correct and current email address for this reason...an email address that you can always check) and then by phone if we do not hear back from you by the end of the day. You will then be given the choice of substituting another item of the same nature, or canceling the whole or partial order. Until we hear back from you, we will hold your order up to 5 days and then we will automatically cancel your order out.

If you order 2ND DAY AIR or OVERNIGHT and place your order by 11:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time on a business day it will ship out that afternoon, however if the order is placed after the 11:00 a.m Pacific cut-off, we will require 24 hours to pack and ship out this order. Please account for that when ordering 2ND DAY AIR or OVERNIGHT. If you order on a Tuesday after 11:00 a.m. Pacific, it could take up to 24 hours to process and pack and then it would ship out on Wednesday. Although most of our 2ND DAY AIR and OVERNIGHT will be able to go out that same day, please allow up to 24 hours to ship out and please be aware of this when ordering. Eventhough orders are taken 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, packing and shipping occur 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

If you would like a tracking number for your package, simply go to TRACKING NUMBER REQUEST and fill it in. We will email you back a tracking number if you like within 24 hours after it has shipped out. Then feel free to track it at www.ups.com or www.usps.com, depending on what service was used for your package to ensure the fastest delivery route. Our preferred carriers are UPS and the Postal Service.

In the COMMENTS SECTION of the ordering form, please put the DATE OF THE PARTY so that we know that there is enough time to get this to you. In the event that there is not enough time, we will contact you to see if you would like to upgrade. You can also provide other instructions in this section that you feel are neccessary.

If this is a 2ND DAY AIR or OVERNIGHT, it is IMPERATIVE that you put the date of the party, since we will try and put you ahead if your party is on the weekend directly coming up and get it out that same day.

Alaska and Hawaii

We offer Priority Mail Service to Alaska and Hawaii since there is no GROUND. The standard time of delivery to Alaska and Hawaii is 3 days, depending on where you live. We also encourage you to fax in your order.

International (including Canada & Mexico)

International orders are welcomed. Simply complete the order form without shipping charge. When we recieve your order, we will e-mail you with the exact shipping amount and services available in your area. AFTER WE RECIEVE YOUR E-MAIL CONFIRMATION AND APPROVAL, we will then and only then, process both order and shipping charges.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import fees, taxes and tariffs. We can't control these fees and it is your responsibilty to find out what fees may be applicable since you must pay these fees.

APO/FPO

We do ship to these addresses, but since the military performs the final stage of delivery, we can't accurately predict delivery time. Otherwise, read policy for Continental U.S.

We will gladly accept returns on products that are unopened and undamaged within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in the same condition as was shipped, with original packaging completely intact. Return the item to:

All merchandise must be intact for a full refund, minus shipping & handling. If paid for by credit card, once we receive the supplies back at our warehouse, allowing for the 1-5 business days it takes for them to get back, your credit card will be refunded within 5 days for the party supplies. Unless it was a mistake by UPS on 2ND DAY AIR or OVERNIGHT, shipping and handling are non-refundable. If paid for by check, you will receive a check from us in the mail immediately after receiving the product.

Please include the following with the return. Your name, address, credit card number, expiration date or check number, the invoice number on your receipt and a daytime phone number. Just use the included Return Slip to fill out the information and put back in box to ship it back to us.

If something is damaged in transit, and is not to your satisfaction, e-mail us immediately and we will resolve the problem right away.

Mistakes can happen, although we will try our hardest to make sure that they don't. If there is a mistake in your order, please e-mail us immediately and we will make every reasonable effort to correct the mistake and ship you the correct merchandise.

If you do not receive your package within the days alloted for processing and shipping time (see MAP AND TABLES for info) email us IMMEDIATELY so that there will be enough time before your party to try and fix the problem. Telling us 1-2 days before your party does not help you or us solve the problem.
