OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Please be aware items may run out of stock as orders are processed. Though uncommon, sometimes an item may remain out of stock for weeks due to manufacturer delays. In these instances, we will contact the costumer to inform them of the shortage. In some cases it may be necessary to ship your order without the back ordered item and credit your account, due to the date of your party. In some cases, we may replace the missing item with a similar item, in order to meet your party date, and prevent you from rushing to the store to purchase items at the last minute. If out of stock items consist of a large part of the order, we will contact the customer and explain the situation by phone.

Please note orders cannot be cancelled once the order form has been completed and approved.

MISTAKES
If an item was missing in your order, as a costumer, you have 5 days after receipt to claim such items. Mistakes do happen and we want to rectify them ASAP, however we do enforce the 5 day limit (weekdays Mon - Fri). Speed is of the essence and we will not be responsible for claims made after this 5 day limit.
PRIVACY
We hate junk mail and spam and we do not believe in selling people's information to anyone. We will not sell, share or rent out your personal info to any other company, but if you would like to be notified of special offers or new products on our site, send us an e-mail to kpw@kidspartyworld.com. Type ADD TO LIST in the subject and we will add you to our own in-house customer mailing list.
