2. 3-4 Day Priority (plus 24 hour day processing)
3. UPS 2nd Day Guaranteed (plus 24 hour processing)
4. Overnight Guaranteed (plus 24 hour processing)

At KidsPartyWorld.com, we strive to provide prompt service. Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. Depending on the shipping method, we pack and ship our orders within 24 to 72 hours from the time that you order your supplies.

1.) GROUND requires up to 2 days to process and pack the order before it is ready to ship. For example, if you ordered GROUND service on a Monday, your order will be packed and ready to be picked up by our carrier no later than Wednesday the the same week. From then, it takes 1-6 business days to get to its destination, depending on where you live. See our MAP AND TABLES for exact information. Please note we can't guarantee the exact date of delivery.

2.) 3-4 DAY PRIORITY is a quicker version of our popular GROUND method. Orders are processed and packed within 24 hours then take 2 to 3 days to reach their destination. For example, if you ordered priority service on a Monday, your order will be packed and ready to be picked up by our carrier on Tuesday the following day, then would take no greater than 3 business days, (excluding Sat. and Sun.) to be delivered.

3. & 4.) UPS 2ND DAY AIR or OVERNIGHT are guaranteed air shipping methods. Both require 24 hours to process, pack and ship out. Please account for that when ordering 2ND DAY AIR or OVERNIGHT. If you order on a Tuesday at 11:00 a.m., it will take 24 hours to process and pack. On Wednesday, your order will ship. Unlike GROUND, arrival estimates are precise and guaranteed.

IMPORTANT: All orders are processed quickly and cannot be cancelled once your order is placed.

Your packages tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. Then feel free to track it at www.ups.com or www.usps.com, depending on what service was used for your package to ensure the fastest delivery route. Our preferred carriers are UPS and the Postal Service.

In the COMMENTS SECTION of the order form, you must put the date that you need your party supplies by. Check our map for shipping times so that you order the correct method of shipping to ensure you receive the supplies when you need them. Remember if you ordered your supplies by GROUND and the date that you need them by will not give enough time for GROUND to get them there, your order will be held up since we will have to call or email you to see if you want to upgrade the shipping method.

Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Provinces and Hawaii

We offer Priority Mail Service to Alaska, Puerto Rico, US. Provinces and Hawaii since there is no GROUND. The standard time of delivery to Alaska and Hawaii is 5-7 days, depending on where you live.

CANADA

Canadian shipping costs are determined after you provide the shipping address and are shipped the next day, using USPS. Orders usually take 4-7 business days to arrive. Also be aware that Customs may delay packages from 1-3 days as well as add tariff fees. We have no control over these delays and fees, nor is it our responsibility to pay such fees.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are always welcomed and shipping rates are also determined after you provide the shipping address. The average time it takes for an international order to arrive is 1 to 2 weeks.

APO/FPO MILITARY LOCATIONS

We do ship to these addresses, but since the military performs the final stage of delivery, we can't accurately predict delivery time. Otherwise, read policy for Continental U.S.

Just to remind you, even though orders are taken 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, packing and shipping occur 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
