At KidsPartyWorld.com, we strive to provide prompt service. Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. Depending on the shipping method, we pack and ship our orders within 24 to 72 hours from the time that you order your supplies.
1.) GROUND requires up to 5 days to process and pack the order before it is ready to ship. For example, if you ordered GROUND service on a Wednesday, your order will be packed and ready to be picked up by our carrier no later than Tuesday the following week. From then, it takes 1-5 business days to get to its destination, depending on where you live. See our MAP AND TABLES for exact information. Please note we can't guarantee the exact date of delivery.
2.) 4 DAY PRIORITY is a quicker version of our popular GROUND method. Orders are processed and packed within 24 hours then take 2 to 4 days to reach their destination. Exact date of delivery can be estimated, but not guaranteed.
3. & 4.) UPS 2ND DAY AIR or OVERNIGHT are guaranteed air shipping methods. Both require 24 hours to process, pack and ship out. Please account for that when ordering 2ND DAY AIR or OVERNIGHT. If you order on a Tuesday at 11:00 a.m., it will take 24 hours to process and pack. On Wednesday, your order will ship. Unlike GROUND and 4 DAY PRIORITY, arrival estimates are precise and guaranteed.
IMPORTANT: All orders are processed quickly and cannot be cancelled once your order is placed.
If you would like a tracking number for your package, simply go to TRACKING NUMBER REQUEST and fill it in. We will email you back a tracking number if you like within 24 hours after it has shipped out. Then feel free to track it at www.ups.com or www.usps.com, depending on what service was used for your package to ensure the fastest delivery route. Our preferred carriers are UPS and the Postal Service.
In the COMMENTS SECTION of the ordering form, you must put the date that you need your party supplies by (this date must include invitations if you ordered these too). Check our map for shipping times so that you order the correct method of shipping to ensure you receive the supplies when you need them. Remember if you ordered your supplies by GROUND and the date that you need them by will not give enough time for GROUND to get them there, your order will be held up since we will have to call or email you to see if you want to upgrade the shipping method.
Alaska and Hawaii
We offer Priority Mail Service to Alaska and Hawaii since there is no GROUND. The standard time of delivery to Alaska and Hawaii is 5-7 days, depending on where you live. We also encourage you to fax in your order.
International (including Canada & Mexico)
International orders are welcomed. Simply complete the order form without shipping charge. When we recieve your order, we will e-mail you with the exact shipping amount and services available in your area. AFTER WE RECIEVE YOUR E-MAIL CONFIRMATION AND APPROVAL, we will then and only then, process both order and shipping charges. Due to delays and procedures beyond our and the carries control, we do not guarantee exact day of arrival of package and will not refund shipping costs if the package is late, so please order well in advance of the party date.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import fees, taxes and tariffs. We can't control these fees and it is your responsibilty to find out what fees may be applicable since you must pay these fees.
APO/FPO
We do ship to these addresses, but since the military performs the final stage of delivery, we can't accurately predict delivery time. Otherwise, read policy for Continental U.S.
Just to remind you, even though orders are taken 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, packing and shipping occur 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
