CANDY DANDIES
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix these ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl. 1/4 cup of soft butter, 3/4 cup of brown sugar (packed) and 1 egg. Stir in 1 1/3 cup of Bisquick, 1/2 cup of chopped nuts and 1 chocolate-covered coconut candy bar, (ie Mounds) (about 2 oz) all chopped up.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Top each cookie with a large walnut piece if you like. Bake about 10 minutes or until lightly golden brown. If cookies spread too much while baking, add a little bisquick into the remaining dough. Cool on a wire rack. Your kids will love the surprise inside these unique cookies!!
