CHOCOLATE CRISPIES
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Now prepare 1 package of the Betty Crocker Chocolate Fudge Frosting Mix. Prepare for the directions of the Creamy Frosting-except use 1/2 cup of margarine or butter, softened and 1/3 cup of hot water. Stir in 2 cups of All-Purpose Flour and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Shape dough into roll, about 2 inches in diameter. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm. Cut roll into 1/4 inch slices, using thin knife. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Cool 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet. This recipe makes about 4 dozen small cookies. Delicious!! And easy to make!!
