Melt 1 - 16 oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate pieces in a microwave safe bowl, stopping every 15 seconds to stir the chocolate around. Take out of the microwave. Next, take some pretzel rings or twists or sticks and dip them, one at a time, into the melted chocolate, using a fork to hold each pretzel. Lay the dipped pretzels on waxed paper and let them cool.
You can drizzle each pretzel with melted white chocolate for a zebra effect or chopped nuts. You can also use this melted chocolate for dipping some strawberries, gummi bears or large marshmallows. Or even some fruit rings.
