Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix 4 tablespoons of melted butter, 1/2 cup of honey, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 2 lightly beaten eggs in a bowl. In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder and 4 cups of quick oats.
Gradually add this dry ingredient mixture to the wet mixture, mixing very well. Then add 1 cup of raisins. Spread this mixture into a greased 9 inch x 13 inch pan. Press the batter down so that it's spread evenly in the pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Take this out of the oven and once they've cooled, cut them into bars.
