PEANUT BUTTER TREATS
Mix 3/4 cup of crunchy peanut butter and 1/2 cup of honey in a bowl. Add 3/4 cup of instant milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla, then stir. Roll the batter into small balls. Then roll the balls into the topping of your choice. Coconut, M&M's, semi-sweet pieces, crushed nuts, raisins...whatever you think will go great with peanut butter.

Chill them on a cookie sheet in the fridge for about an hour and presto...they're ready to eat with a tall glass of milk for an after school energy booster.
